Established Telecom Domain Company; TeleDNA Communications Pvt Ltd (India) known for its quality VAS applications & services has recently achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification in its first attempt. It’s one of the few in telecom sector companies to attain such distinction.

TeleDNA’s ISO achievement and going forward establishing the QMS per CMMI L2 standards reflects its sincere endeavour to continuously innovate and improve upon its services and value additions to the customer.

TeleDNA with a dedicated QA staff continuously improves the processes and makes a significant investment to upgrade the infrastructure, and the business continuity options.

This QMS based on ISO 9001:2008 and CMMI L2 standards certifies that we predict cost, schedule, and defects accurately based on the past performances, and also show TeleDNA’s ability to handle requirements changes effectively and deliver high-quality products/services on time with fewer defects.

Quality is imbibed at every stage from sales pitch, raising PO, requirement analysis & specification, Design, Development, System Testing, Acceptance Test and implementation. TeleDNA Quality Manual is the apex document which documents the Quality Policy, the Quality Objectives and the Quality Management System to be followed by all employees within TeleDNA and to achieve customer satisfaction through conformance to requirements.

All our employees follow a documented Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that software and services provided by TeleDNA conforms to specified requirements. TeleDNA QMS has been organised into procedures, guidelines, templates and checklist defined according to ISO 9001:2008 standards and CMMI Level 2 specifications.
